I am a seasoned Geoscientist with a PhD in Hydrogeology and extensive experience in Geology, Applied Geophysics, Remote Sensing, and GIS. My work is deeply rooted in the practical application of these fields, whether through academic endeavours, industry collaborations, or consultancy projects. Over the years, I have developed core competencies in exploring and evaluating groundwater projects and mineral resources, leveraging cutting-edge tools like ArcGIS Pro, ENVI, Surfer, Oasis Montaj, and MATLAB.
Currently, I am a Senior Lecturer, where I guide the next generation of geoscientists through both foundational and advanced topics, such as Groundwater Exploration, Mineral Resource Estimation, Geostatistics, and Remote Sensing applications. My teaching philosophy centers around a hands-on approach, ensuring that students not only understand theoretical concepts but also gain practical skills they can apply in real-world scenarios.
In addition to my academic role, I run a consultancy firm specializing in groundwater exploration, mineral exploration and advisory services. My firm is dedicated to delivering comprehensive exploration strategies and resource evaluations, tailored to the unique needs of each client. My work has spanned various projects, including the exploration of Gold, Lithium and Lead-Zinc mineralization in Nigeria and Geothermal Energy research.
