Dr. Jude Steven Ejepu is a geoscientist, applied geophysicist, and mineral exploration specialist with over two decades of combined academic and industry experience. As Founder and CEO of Geodiscovery Geosciences, he leads a consultancy delivering exploration strategies, resource evaluations, and geoscientific advisory services to clients across Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Burkina Faso.

His work centres on the integration of geophysical, geochemical, and structural datasets to reduce exploration risk and sharpen resource targeting, with particular focus on base and precious metals in structurally controlled mineralisation environments. Project experience spans gold and lithium exploration in Central and Northern Nigeria, lead-zinc studies in the Lower Benue Trough, geothermal system characterisation, and aeromagnetic and airborne gamma ray spectrometry interpretation for mineral targeting.

In academia, Dr. Ejepu is Associate Professor in the Departments of Geology and Geophysics at the Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMinna), where he has trained geoscientists at undergraduate, Masters, and PhD levels for more than thirteen years.

His technical toolkit spans the full exploration workflow, including ArcGIS Pro, Oasis Montaj, Leapfrog, Surfer, MATLAB, Python, and ENVI, with remote sensing expertise across Sentinel, Landsat, SRTM, and WorldView datasets. He is a registered member of the Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG), the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), and the Nigeria Association of Hydrogeologists (NAH), and is an active contributor to the peer-reviewed scientific literature.

Adeshina Olanrewaju Jeremiah serves as the Geoscience Software Engineer of the company, overseeing the technological and digital infrastructure that supports business operations and growth. A graduate of Geology from the Federal University of Technology Minna, he combines his understanding of geoscience with modern technology solutions to drive digital innovation within the mining sector.

He is responsible for managing the company’s digital products, websites, software systems, and SaaS solutions, ensuring efficient communication, operational workflow, and online presence. With experience in product design and technology development, Jeremiah focuses on building scalable digital systems that support the company’s vision of modernizing mining operations through technology and innovation.
